Insert "; and be it" Page 3, following line 5: Insert "FURTHER RESOLVED that the action must honor the state's obligations under the current Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license, and provide as feasible for gas delivery and use, off the road system." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was not offered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Gardner: Page 2, line 31: Following "encouraging all": Insert "appropriate" Following "necessary": Insert ", after thoughtful consideration," Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted.
